What to do in the first two minutes of a burst pipe
Where your toby is, and why finding it now beats finding it at 11pm.
Find your toby today, while it is dry and light and nothing is going wrong. It is usually near the front boundary under a small round cover.
Check it actually turns. Plenty do not, and the time to discover that is not while water is coming through a ceiling.
Then ring us. Water off first, phone second.
